Product Designer (UI/UX)

The people using our software are dealers, showroom staff, field sales executives and coaching centre teachers. Most of them did not choose the software and are not especially interested in it. Designing for that is a harder and more interesting problem than designing for early adopters.

What you would work on

• Discovery — sitting with users and working out what the actual problem is
• Wireframes and prototypes that settle arguments before development starts
• Interface design for web and mobile, including dense data screens
• Design systems that engineers can build from without reinventing components

What we are looking for

• A portfolio of working software, not concept pieces
• Ability to design a table, a filter and a form well — that is most of business software
• Comfortable presenting a decision to a client and defending it with reasoning
