About

Concord Technosoft has been developing software since 2006. We started as a custom development shop and became a product company, which changed how we work more than it changed what we build.

What we actually do

Two things, and they feed each other. We build and operate our own products for the building materials and ceramics trade — sales management, visualisation tools, calculators, a trade publication. And we build custom platforms for clients across retail, manufacturing and publishing.

Running our own products means we live with our own decisions. When a dealer cannot log in on a Sunday, that is our phone ringing. It makes us conservative about complexity and unusually interested in the boring parts of software — error handling, data migration, what happens when the network drops in a showroom basement.

How we work

Small teams, direct access to the people writing the code, and no account manager in between. Most engagements start with a fortnight of discovery, because the brief a client arrives with is rarely the problem they actually have.

We are honest about fit. If a project needs a capability we do not have, or a scale we cannot serve well, we say so at the first meeting rather than the third invoice.

Where we are

Our office is in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. We work with clients across India and, increasingly, with manufacturers exporting from Morbi and Gujarat.
