This page explains what we store on your device when you visit concordtechnosoft.com, and what you can do about it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. On your next visit the browser sends it back, which is how a site remembers that you are logged in, or that you dismissed a message.
Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, tags — do comparable jobs. Where this page says “cookies”, it means all of them.
The three categories
- Essential. Needed for the site to function — keeping you signed in, protecting forms from abuse. These are always set, and do not require your consent because the site cannot work without them.
- Analytics. Help us understand which pages are read, how people arrive and where they give up. Set only with your consent.
- Advertising. Used to show our ads on other sites and measure whether they worked, including remarketing. Set only with your consent.
What this site sets today
Essential cookies only. No analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. Nothing set here follows you to another website, and nothing is used to build a profile of you.
Submitting an enquiry, a job application or a support request does not set a tracking cookie. The only cookie involved is the security check that keeps our forms from being abused.

Both are classed as essential: without them we cannot keep the site online and the forms usable. Neither is used for advertising or analytics.

Account holders and our own staff receive a small number of additional cookies when signed in. Ordinary visitors never receive these.

Cookie names ending in an asterisk carry a unique suffix. Exact names and lifespans can vary slightly with your browser settings and with changes our security provider makes to its own protections; where that happens we update this page.

Things that are not cookies, but are worth telling you about
Two services on this site receive information about you without setting a cookie. We would rather mention them than leave you to discover it.
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google’s servers, so your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address. No cookie is set.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. The anti-spam check on our forms receives your IP address and some technical signals to tell people from bots. It is designed to work without tracking you across sites.
Third-party pages we link to
Our support form is hosted by Zoho Desk, and links from this site lead to our products and to external sites. Once you are on those pages, their own cookie policies apply, not this one.
If that changes
If we add analytics or advertising, we will list each cookie in the table above with its purpose and lifespan, and ask for your consent before setting anything beyond the essential ones. You will be able to change your mind afterwards.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you see stored cookies, delete them, and refuse new ones — usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can block third-party cookies while allowing first-party ones, which is a reasonable default.
If you block essential cookies, signing in to an account will not work. The rest of the site will read normally.
Browsers can also send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Since we set no tracking cookies here, there is currently nothing for it to switch off — but if that changes, we will honour it.
