AI Automation Engineer

Our clients have processes that run on people copying things between systems: transcribing enquiry forms, chasing follow-ups, reconciling dealer orders against dispatch records. This role is about removing that work — using language models where they genuinely help, and ordinary automation where they do not.

What you would work on

• Automating document and message handling across WhatsApp, email and our own platforms
• Classification, routing and summarisation inside live business workflows
• Internal tooling that makes our own delivery team faster
• Measuring what an automation actually saved, in hours and in errors avoided

What we are looking for

• Comfortable in Python or Node.js, and comfortable reading someone else’s API documentation without being handed a wrapper
• Genuine curiosity about how a business works — this role fails if you automate the wrong step
• Judgement about reliability. An automation that is right 80% of the time can be worse than none at all, depending on what it touches
