Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You would own features end to end across our own products and client platforms — talking to the people who use them, deciding how it should work, building it, and supporting it once it is live. There is no layer of project managers between you and the problem.

What you would work on

• Backend services in PHP/Laravel and Node.js, with real data volumes behind them
• Front-end work in React where the interface warrants it
• Integrations with client ERP, accounting and messaging systems
• Performance and reliability work on systems that businesses depend on daily
• Mentoring, and being the person who says the design will not survive contact with users

What we are looking for

• Depth in at least one backend language and a working knowledge of a second
• Comfortable designing a schema, and opinionated about why
• Experience supporting your own code in production — it changes how you write it
• Able to talk to a non-technical client without either patronising them or hiding behind jargon
