Data Engineer

Every reporting project and every AI feature we build rests on data that is currently spread across an ERP, an accounting package and several spreadsheets that disagree with each other. This role is about making that data trustworthy.

What you would work on

• Pipelines that pull from client ERP, accounting and inventory systems on a schedule and in real time
• Reconciliation logic for the cases where two systems genuinely disagree
• Data models behind sales, dealer and operational dashboards
• Preparing datasets for retrieval and analysis in our AI work
• Monitoring, so a broken sync raises an alert rather than a wrong number in a board pack

What we are looking for

• Strong SQL — this is most of the job and we will go deep on it
• Python for pipeline work, and enough infrastructure knowledge to schedule and monitor it
• Patience with messy real-world data. Nothing here arrives clean
