The problem

Enquiries live on three salespeople’s phones and leave when they do. The office answers “where is my order” all day. Dealers ignore the portal but answer WhatsApp in four minutes — and the free WhatsApp Business app caps out at one phone, four linked devices, and broadcasts that only reach people who saved your number.

What it does

Concord WABA is our WhatsApp Business API platform, built for businesses that sell through dealers and distributors. It is the same platform we run for manufacturers in the building materials trade, offered directly.

The problem it solves is not sending messages — plenty of providers do that. It is that a WhatsApp project stalls in the same place every time: the platform arrives as an empty panel, nobody at the company knows what to write, Meta rejects the first templates on category rules, and by the time anything is approved the enthusiasm has gone.

So the platform ships with the messages and flows already written for the trade, and the integration work that makes them useful. A dispatch update fires from real order data rather than from someone retyping a vehicle number, because we build the systems that hold that data.

What is in it

A shared team inbox so one number can be worked by several people and every conversation belongs to the company rather than a handset. Template management and submission. An automation builder that triggers sequences from a field change or an incoming message. Broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts, WhatsApp OTP verification, and reporting on delivery, read rates and agent activity.

Alongside it, an automated enquiry bot that answers outside working hours — routing general enquiries, sending catalogues, returning the nearest dealer from a pincode, and tracking orders — and hands anything it cannot resolve to a person with the conversation attached.

Pricing without the markup

Meta charges per message. Most resellers add a margin on top of that and do not mention it. We charge a platform fee and pass Meta’s rates through untouched, which is easier to explain and easier to trust.

Who it is for

Manufacturers

Reach a dealer network on the channel they actually read, with messages fired from real order data.

Distributors and dealers

Answer stock, order and account questions without anyone picking up the phone.

Showrooms

Capture the visitor, send the quotation, and follow up without it depending on who remembers.

Anyone selling through a channel

The structure is the same wherever there is a dealer network and a technical catalogue.

How it works

  1. 01

The panel is available immediately, so nothing waits on verification.

  2. 02

    Business verification

Handled by Meta. The slowest step, and the one most dependent on the paperwork being right.

  3. 03

    Connect the number

A new number, or an existing WhatsApp Business app number where it is eligible.

  4. 04

    Templates and flows

Written, categorised and submitted for approval.

  5. 05

    Go live

Starting with whichever use case removes the most work, usually dispatch updates.

Common questions

How is this different from AiSensy or Wati?

Those are general platforms. This one arrives configured for a dealer-led business, and connects to the systems that hold the order and stock data — because we build those systems too.

Can an existing WhatsApp number be used?

Often, yes. Meta supports an arrangement letting an eligible Business app number connect to the Business Platform while the app stays in use. Eligibility varies and is worth checking before committing.

What does it cost?

A platform fee, plus Meta’s message charges at Meta’s published rates with nothing added. Integration, AI and additional flows are quoted separately.

Is there a trial?

Fourteen days from signup, with the panel available from day one so it is not spent waiting on verification.
